Green Chile Love is a New Mexican/Colorado cuisine restaurant that started as a food truck located in Phoenix, Arizona. The food truck will continue to be to out and around the state and available for events and parties.

Now we are expanding into the next chapter with our new restaurant in our Ahwatukee neighborhood.

Our menu features traditional New Mexico and Colorado recipes and some dishes created here in Arizona. We have your traditional items like hard shell tacos, tostadas, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, huevos rancheros and some great green chile smash burgers. Our menu consists of vegetarian, and gluten free options. We’d love to serve you.

All of our chile is from Hatch NM with heat levels ranging from Mild, Hot, 1/2 ‘n 1/2 and xHot.

Delicious food from my mom and dad’s kitchen in Colorado, with roots from New Mexico (mixed in with our own Arizona touch), gives Green Chile Love an authentic flavor that you can’t find anywhere else.
