What started as a food truck in 2019 has grown into a community-driven restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona — but our heart hasn’t changed. We’re still rooted in family, faith, and a deep love for bringing people together through bold, unforgettable flavor.
From Colorado Roots to Arizona Heat
Founder Dave “Chile Dave” Castaneda grew up in Colorado, where green chile isn’t just food — it’s a way of life. That passion followed him to Arizona, where he saw an opportunity to bring authentic Hatch green chile flavors to a new community.
Every recipe at Green Chile Love is inspired by New Mexico and Colorado traditions, made with real Hatch chile, and crafted to deliver that perfect balance of comfort and kick.
